Full Day Delegate Rate
* £27.50 + vat per person (minimum of 10 people)
Half day Delegate rate (0800-1200 or 1300-1700)
* £25.00 +vat per person (minimum of 10 people)
Delegate rate includes:
* AM and PM refreshments (See section below)
* Hot or cold buffet lunch (full day delegate only)
* Room hire (of an appropriate size for the booking) equipped with OHP, Screen, Flip-chart and TV
Room hire only (rates do not include food, refreshments or laptop & projector hire)
Main room (Max 60 people)
* Full Day (0800-1700) - £130.00 +vat
* Half Day (0800-1200 or 1300-1700) - £65.00 +vat
(Room available on request from 17.30 until 2200 - £100.+vat).
Board room (Max 20 people)
* Full Day (0800-1700) - £130.00+vat
* Half Day (0800-1200 or 1300 - 1700) - £65.00+vat
(Room available on request from 17.30 until 2200 - £100+vat).
Seminar room 1 (Max 15 people)
* Full Day (0800-1700) - £75.00 +vat
* Half Day (0800-1200 or 1300-1700) - £37.50 +vat
(Room available on request from 17.30 until 2200 - £82.50+vat).
Seminar rooms 2, 3 and 4 (Max 6 people per room)
* Full Day (0800-1700) - £65.00+vat
* Half Day (0800-1200 or 1300-1700) - £37.50 +vat
(Room available on request from 17.30 until 2200 - £82.50+vat).
Extra Equipment hire (Per day)
* Laptop and projector - £55.00+vat.
Refreshments
* Tea/coffee/Orange Juice and biscuits £1.70 per person (where applicable)
